During one week that I stayed at the Best Western Plus by Wyndham, I didn't receive Room Service despite my several requests! Washing Hand Sink was clogged and drained very slowly, but the maintenance individuals (2 individuals) didn't open the drain and neglected to clean and fix the drain!

Nothing was to like about this place it was a last minute choice because we had a surgery in the am. The only thing was it looked really nice from the outside and the picture online.
